Can The Chargers Win A Super Bowl In 2023
The Chargers are a team that have been on the verge of playoff success for the last year or two, but can they finally get it to work in 2023 and are they capable of winning a Super Bowl?
New OC Moore’s new offensive scheme can guide the Chargers and Justin Herbert‘s offense to the playoffs and possibly even a Super Bowl. Moore’s innovative play-calling with a mixture of s Herbert’s arm strength and intelligence, as a passer will cause a serious threat for the AFC West’s defenses especially that of the Raiders which in weaker than most NFL teams. The dynamic playbook (which we can expect to see given Moores work in Dallas) shoudl really compliment Herbert’s skills, enables diverse attacking options, keeping rivals on edge. Moore’s mentorship can improve Herbert’s decision-making and situational processing of high level defenses . The Moore-Herbert connection could possible make the Chargers a play off team in 2023 with post season success.
Quentin Johnston TOASTED the Chargers starting defense for a TD 😳
Johnston reportedly appears to be a “massive” part of the Chargers offensive scheme.
Johnston’s size has reportedly given the Chargers’ DB’s “several issues” so far at camp.

In 2022, the Chargers suffered many injuries in their offense. Keenan Allen and Mike Williams were both out for majority of the season leading running back Austin Ekeler to take over most of the teams receptions. But now with the addition of TCU receiver Quentin Johnston and both receivers healthy we should expect a major improvement in this office alongside Kellen Moore.
Quentin Johnston adds a dynamic dimension to the Chargers’ offense, complementing Keenan Allen and Mike Williams. With his speed and agility, Johnston stretches the field, creating openings for Allen’s precise routes and Williams’ deep threat abilities. His presence offers a diverse set of options, making it challenging for defenses to cover the three head monster in that of Allen, Williams and Johnston. Johnston’s emergence elevates the Chargers’ receiving corps, adding depth and versatility that can produce big plays and increase offensive productivity just like we seen with the TCU Horn frogs is 2022 on their deep play off push.
Joey Bosa and Khalil Mack, both elite edge rushers, form the backbone of the Chargers front 7 in 2023. Bosa’s explosive speed and Mack’s brute strength create a relentless pass rushing duo. Their ability to disrupt plays and force turnovers has become a real trend for the Chargers success. The Chargers defense has evolved into a decent defense . However, this is one of the highest paid units in the entire league and you do expect them to play better than they have been the last two or three years. If the Chargers were to make a deep playoff push and even into the Super Bowl this defense would need to perform at an elite level. Which is just some thing I am not sure they are capable of doing given the lack of sheer talent in their secondary aside from Derwin James and Asante Samuel Jr.
I think the Chargers are one of the best teams in the AFC, but I don’t know if they are able of keeping up with these so-called big dogs in the conference. For example that of the Bengals or the Chiefs I don’t know how well the Chargers will be able to keep up. I definitely think this team is capable of making the playoffs, but the Super Bowl is another thing, and I don’t know if the Chargers are at that level yet or if they will be ever…
It is #36DaysUntilKickoff, #ChiefsKingdom! Today we highlight the @Shermanator_42! He showed that he could do more than just block on this 36-yard TD reception. @Chiefs cruised vs. the Chargers in Week 1 of the 2018 season & @PatrickMahomes decided to reward the big fella here! pic.twitter.com/asOBq1EgxU
